Though Sean's family were never involved in motorsport they are very much behind him now. "I wouldn't be where I am if it weren't for them. Over the years my dad has developed to be just about everything. He is my dad, my mechanic, my mentor, my psychologist, my trainer, the list goes on."
"He is with me every step of the way. My mom has been a big impact, she might have not been to every one of my races but it was because she was working hard to cover us financially. Everyone will always be there in my heart and I will be more than grateful for supporting me to try and reach my dream."
It seems that racing was in his blood even if his parents were not previously involved. "Ever since I was a baby I loved everything that involved wheels. Motorcycles, Cars, Trucks, etc.. I could play with them all day. Finally there came a time when I was 5 years old, that I wanted to try out one of these myself, Go-Karts specifically."
"We went to a local track near where I live I Hollywood, but that day the rentals were closed. Turns out there was a small motorcycle warehouse, my dad spoke with them and led to me riding my first ever motorcycle at 5! I loved the feeling of riding ever since, and the journey began since then!"
Having won a lot of races and championships in the US and Mexico Sean was ready for the next step. "2015 was a big year for us. I had my first ever international race in Europe, and I completed another dream of entering the Red Bull Rookies Cup. The race was in Silverstone, England, and it was the World Finals of the KTM RC390 Cup."

"The whole weekend in England taught me a lot. I learned how it is to be with so many fast riders. Every time I was out on track it was an amazing battle with over 8 riders and it was the most fun I had ever had."
"I started the race in 8th but the top 10 riders were all decimals from each other. The whole race was shifting back and forth from 1st to 8th and then back up. It was the most fun I had ever had in a race! I had to play smart and set myself up for the last corners."
"The second to last corner I overtook and went up to 1st place and led it to the finish line. I was amazed and so happy to win my first ever race in Europe."

"I learned how you have to be very smart while racing with so many strong riders. Being aggressive but a clean rider was something that it made me think and change as well. All the training and races this year made me change the way I concentrate for my races. This year has been important for me and I'm happy for the advances!"
Silverstone made a huge impression on the American. "It is definitely my favourite track of all time (so far). It's a very quick track but also has some tight chicanes which I really enjoy! Everything about that track is far superior to what I'm used to and it felt amazing to be able to race in a track like that!"
Sean is well aware of the need to keep up his schooling while his racing career develops and is no slouch at studying either. "My favourite subject is mathematics! I am 2 years ahead in math and I really enjoy it. My parents have always told me school is extremely important, so I have always kept my school skills as high as possible."
"When I am not racing I mostly enjoy to ride my bicycle and explore. Spending time with my family is something I will always feel grateful for and enjoy all the time!"
His ambitions are clear, to follow his heroes; "Lorenzo, Marquez, Rossi, Pedrosa, Stoner... They all have their ups and downs! There are many dreams to complete on the way there, but my true life dream is to one day become a MotoGP World Champion! That is what we are working hard for every day!"
"2016 will be a big change for me. I will give my best like always, and I will try to reach the podium more than once. I know it will be tough but I have been working very hard to reach that goal and next year I will give it all to get the best results possible!"
"The most satisfaction I get about racing is when I feel comfortable with the bike and I reach the goals that I give myself. I truly enjoy riding when I am comfortable, and get an amazing feeling of satisfaction when I reach the goals that I worked for."
